Important notes
The Attractions Smart Pass will be valid from the day that you use it to
visit your first attraction.
The Attractions Smart Pass MUST be used in consecutive days only. If you
start using a 3 day pass on Wednesday, it will be valid for
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only. This would be the case
even if you choose not use the card on Thursday or Friday.
The valid usage period is measured in calendar days (not 24-hour
periods). For example if you buy a 2 day card and start using
it on a Wednesday afternoon it will only be valid for Wednesday
and Thursday.
Terms & Conditions
1. Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase
– Attractions Smart Pass. These terms and conditions are
presented to you by Attractions Smart Pass, 317 Water Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 1B8, Canada
2. www.seevancouvercard.com and www.seevictoriacard.com are Internet
based services owned and operated by Attractions Smart Pass. All online terms of use and purchase are incorporated
within these Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase.
3. You must read these terms and conditions
carefully prior to accepting possession of the Attractions Smart Pass, the Attractions Smart Pass Guide and any related
material including this website (Guide). By purchasing or
accepting possession of the Card or Guide you agree to be
bound by these terms and conditions. You agree that the use
of the Card and nothing in these terms and conditions constitutes
a relationship of partnership, agency, trust or fiduciaries
between us and you.
4. The Card gives you the opportunity to
receive certain benefits when you shop at certain places or
visit certain venues and attractions. The Card is non-refundable.
The decision to take advantage of these opportunities is strictly
at your discretion and any unused benefits at the time of
expiry of the card will not be refundable or transferable
to another Card. The Card may only be used by the Card’s
signatory and is non-transferable. No replacements or refunds
are offered for lost or stolen Cards and the Card is not valid
for any same day return visits to any attraction or venue.
5. The Guide and this website merely provide
information relating to certain attractions and benefits offered
by certain shops and attractions. We have taken our best endeavours
to ensure that the benefits noted both on this website and
in the Guide are current at the date of publication. However,
such benefits may be changed from time to time at the discretion
of the operators of the shops, attractions and venues. Before
relying on any information provided, such as opening times,
tour times or benefit offering for card holders, you should
confirm their authenticity by contacting the attraction or
venue.
6. The benefits available through use of
the Card will be provided by the operators of the shops, attractions
and venues. We take no responsibility for the conduct, quality,
availability, health and safety provisions or any other thing
related to the benefits available from the use of the Card
with such responsibility being borne exclusively by the operators
of the shops, attractions and venues.
7. We have taken all reasonable care in compiling
the material on this website and within the Guide and arranging
the benefits offered by the Card. However, you use this website,
the Guide and the Card at your own risk. To the extent permitted
by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness
of any material in this website or the Guide or that the Card
or the benefits offered by the Card will attain any particular
service standards, be free of defects or be fit for any particular
use. We limit our liability for warranties implied by statue
or otherwise resupplying the relevant services. To the extent
permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising out of
or consequent to your use of the Card or the Guide. You indemnify
us against any loss or damage suffered by us or any third
party as a result of your use of the Card or the Guide or
breach of any of these terms and conditions.
8. All intellectual property rights used
or embodied in or in connection with the Card, Guide, Website
or any related material is owned or licensed to us. You must
not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt or in any other
way interfere with such intellectual property rights.
9. All rights in the material contained within
this website it licensed to us. We assume no responsibility
for the content of any other website to which this site has
links, nor to the content pertaining to our products contained
on other websites.
10. The trademarks appearing on this website
are primarily trademarks of Attractions Smart Pass.
Other trademarks displayed are trademarks of their respective
owners. Nothing contained on this website should be construed
as granting any right of use of any trademark displayed on
the website without the express written permission of Attractions Smart Pass or the third party owner.
11. By purchasing online, you accept the
delivery and collection options made available to you. The
decision to take advantage of any of these options is strictly
at your discretion. Should you choose to select the delivery
option, please ensure you allow 7 working days for deliveries
within Canada, 12 working days for USA or 20 working days
for worldwide delivery. We cannot replace any items not delivered
in time, or lost in transit.
12. HST will apply to all goods and services
supplied through this website. Prices displayed on this website
exclude HST where applicable.
13. Refunds will only provided for damaged
goods. To request a refund or product exchange please contact
Attractions Smart Pass at info@attractionssmartpass.com. No refunds
will provided for lost or stolen goods. |
